Later on in our operations, we decided to include Jerk Chicken Wings into our menu - but done a little differently to the traditional method. We decided to go in a healthier direction - via an air fryer! It worked well.

Jerk Pulled Pork was a staple used on our Caribbean Rice Bowls when we were a food truck operation. Although it is a slow cook in a crockpot, it is well worth the wait.
